When E.K. Riley, a full-service brokerage and investment firm, decided to open an office in Bend, Oregon they found a space with the best views in the area overlooking the Deschutes River. With plenty of sunlight to work with, Mindy Lyman, owner of A.L.L. Interiors, provided a classic and elegant design that reflects the company brand. Mindy selected all the interior finishes, provided construction and permit drawings, and coordinated closely with the owner, contractor and architect while a designer at Pinnacle Architecture. But it is what you don’t see that gives the office space its value; soundproof walls keep clients’ sensitive information completely private and allow the professionals to make sound private decisions in confidence. Making this design worth its weight in gold.
