The Nest Apartments
The Nest Apartments opened to tenants September 2020. These luxury 2 bedroom and studio apartments boast high ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows and upscale finishes. Mindy Lyman, owner of A.L.L. Interiors, worked closely with the architect, Dustrud Architecture, to provide a custom concept to evoke the Central Oregon lifestyle and the Nest’s outdoor brand. Mindy selected all the interior finishes, provided construction drawings and specifications to coordinate with the owner, contractor and architect while a designer at BLRB architects. Mindy also provided FF&E services to outfit the model units and shared amenity spaces with comfortable, long lasting pieces that the tenants can enjoy. The coveted location and high design allowed near full occupancy just a few weeks after construction. The Nest is another Central Oregon housing success!
